Agreement

By creating an account or using LifeOS you agree to these terms. LifeOS is an invite-only personal product operated by Agyeman Enterprises. It is not offered as a general public SaaS with self-serve paid plans in V0.

Service description

LifeOS helps you ask “What do I need to know and do?” and assembles answers from sources you authorize (Gmail, Google Calendar, uploads) plus web research. The product is an intelligence fabric with ambient home and Ask — not a CRUD admin console.

No autonomous send or pay

V0 may read, research, recommend, and prepare actions. LifeOS does not autonomously send email, make payments, or schedule changes on your behalf. Prepared actions that require execution stay pending your explicit approval; send and pay remain out of scope for V0 even after approval UI exists.

Your responsibilities

Keep account credentials confidential and complete OTP verification when prompted.
Only connect accounts you are authorized to link.
Treat model output as assistive; verify consequential decisions against primary sources and provenance.
Do not attempt to extract secrets, bypass auth, or abuse rate limits.

Provenance and accuracy

Connected-source facts are expected to carry provenance. AI inference is labeled separately from user-stated facts. LifeOS does not guarantee completeness of Gmail, Calendar, or web results; when connectors or inference are unavailable the system fails closed.

Hosting

LifeOS and its dedicated database are hosted on Atlas (lifeos / lifeos-db). Dual-deploy failover may use Vercel pointing at the same LifeOS database. You acknowledge data residency on AE infrastructure as described in the Privacy policy.

Availability and changes

Invite-only access may be granted or revoked. Features may change. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or operational necessity. We will not invent “demo” data to paper over outages.

Limitation

LifeOS is provided as-is for personal use under invite. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agyeman Enterprises is not liable for decisions you make based on assembled answers, third-party connector outages, or web research content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
